Contact
By e-mail: contact@dentalcostbystate.com. No form and no phone line: a dental price page that asks for your phone number usually passes it to clinics or lenders, and this one passes nothing on.
Messages that help
- A Medicaid fee that differs from the state's schedule: name the state, the CDT code and the edition of the schedule.
- A new edition of a state fee schedule, or a new release of the ADA Health Policy Institute ratios, that we have not loaded yet.
- A plan rule that the calculators get wrong: quote the clause of the benefit summary, never your member number.
- Embedding the estimator on a community site or a newsroom page: the code is on the embed page.
What we cannot do
We do not examine teeth, recommend a treatment or a dentist, review a plan or arrange financing. For care, ask a dentist; for what your plan pays, ask the plan for a predetermination; for Medicaid eligibility, your state Medicaid agency.

These are estimates of typical fees in a state, built from public fee schedules, not a quote from a dentist: your own price depends on the office, the city, the materials and what your mouth needs, which only a dentist can assess. The site gives prices, never treatment advice, and earns nothing from any dentist, insurer or lender.
